Job: RN-ICU
Job Location: Fort Defiance, AZ
Contract: 13 Weeks (Extension Available)
Shift: 12 hour shifts, maybe required to work up to 48 hours/week. Must be flexible, includes days, nights, weekends and holidays. Maximum of 2 shift call offs.
Guarantee: 36-48 hours a week
Pay Rate: $2484/week local and $2674/week for travel

EXPERIENCE:

Must have a minimum of (2) two years recent experience in the specialty that is being applied for in order to be considered, in some cases more experience may be required.

CERTIFICATION(S):

American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and Conscious Sedation certification (Can be obtained through facility -$187.50 fee)
